Senior Partner

Gloria E. Aigbadon is a seasoned Human Rights and Public Interest Lawyer with over fifteen years of experience in legal practice, advocacy, and research. Called to the Nigerian Bar, she has dedicated her career to defending vulnerable groups and advancing justice through law. Gloria holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from the University of Benin and is currently pursuing her PhD at Babcock University, Nigeria.

Her work spans across human rights, environmental law, and public interest litigation. As a committed advocate, she is a member of the Advocates for Community Alternative (ACA) – Public Interest Lawyering Initiative for West Africa (PILIWA), where she actively protects the rights of extractive communities across the sub-region. She also serves as the Lagos Coordinator of PILEX Centre for Civil Education Initiative, a platform promoting human rights, environmental rights, and democracy.

Currently, Gloria lectures in Law at Caleb University, Lagos, where she teaches human rights and environmental law. She also coordinates the PILIWA-COLAW Law Clinic of the university, playing a vital role in mentoring and shaping the next generation of public interest lawyers.
