Samuel Akpologun is the Principal Partner at Ace and Vanguard Legal Practitioners, bringing a wealth of expertise in business litigation, corporate mediation, and tax advisory services. With many years of professional practice, he has successfully represented individuals, corporations, and organizations at all levels of dispute resolution and litigation.
His contributions extend beyond the courtroom, as he serves as a consultant to notable Non-Governmental Organizations including RULAAC, CLEEN Foundation, and Project Alert on Violence Against Women, where his advisory strengthens the legal and humanitarian landscape. A respected member of the Working Group on the Implementation of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, Samuel is at the forefront of legal reforms that shape Nigeria’s justice system.
In addition, Samuel is a seasoned Tax Practitioner, having worked as an Editor and Production Manager of the Tax Law Report of Nigeria (TLRN), an Associate at Adebiyi Tax and Legal, and later as Associate Director at Mas Tax and Legal. His depth of knowledge and proven leadership form the cornerstone of Ace and Vanguard’s mission to deliver innovative legal solutions, protect human dignity, and foster a thriving business environment in Nigeria and beyond.
